6700 keypad problem

hello, I have problem with nokia 6700 keypad, phone is switching on but not work "ok" button, I've checked and to each button comes 1.8 voltes, but doesn't work, what happens? if anybody had this problem and have solved it, please help me, regards

The problem is getting liquid on the keyboard and phone, try to clean with isopropyl alcohol all the seats on the board phone tooth brushing child care. Try to remove the film where the key is "OK" and also clean the contacts with alcohol.
