myX-5 not charging

Hi,

I have a myX-5 and when I connect the charger the phone shows that is charging, but when I disconnect the battery is empty and the phone switch off. What can I do?

Yes, I can disassembly it. I've already disassembled the phone but I didn't find burned parts. I tried with many original chargers and original batteries.
