The owner of the notebook changed the battery by putting one of the bestbattery but the problem continues.
I searched the internet and found this battery to buy only that I saw that the wires of the 9-pin connector differ from one battery to another according to the attached images. Maybe the problem is in the battery or in the charges circuit.

voltage at the J506 connector pins (lithium battery connector):

pin 1 --> 3v
pin 2 --> 3v
pin 3 --> 3v
pin 4 --> 3.38v
pin 5 --> 3.38v
pin 6 --> 2.61v
pin 7 --> GND
pin 8 --> GND
pin 9 --> GND

obs: only obtained using the AD4019A power supply and without the use of the lithium battery
