2Rubezhanin: А диск у тебя от чего? Оригинал от к790 (сомневаюсь почему-то)? Сегодня не получилось взять оригинальный диск. Как только добуду - приаттачу.
А ты так делал? В частности выделенное. Это с инструкции по PC Suite с сайта SE

Download the file to your PC and install in 3 simple steps.
2. INSTALLATION OF THE DRIVERS
2a. Execute the “Install these Drivers before PC Suite.exe” file.
2b. Make sure your phone is turned on, and connect it to your PC via the USB cable. Choose Phone mode.
2c. When the “Found New Hardware Wizard” appears, select Install from a list or a specific location.
2d. Select Search for best drivers in these locations and mark Include this location in the search.
2e. Browse to: C:/Program Files/Sony Ericsson/ Drivers.
Note: It is important that you choose the drivers for your phone.
2f. Click Next. In case warnings appear during installation, click Install anyway.
2g. Repeat from step 2c above, until all drivers are installed.
3. INSTALLATION OF THE PC SUITE
Note: It is important that you have completed step 2 before you continue.
3a. Double-click on the “PC_Suite.exe” file.
3b. Go through the steps in the installation wizard that appears.
3c. When you are done, click Finish.
